Thomas Lee Blair, 75, passed away on November 20, 2018 at his residence.
He was born April 1st, 1943 in Evansville, IN to Clarence Ree Jr. & Dorothy Louise (Johnson) Blair. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Clarence Ree Blair III. Tom is survived by his wife of 50 years, Laura Ruth Blair; children, Terri Lynn Robinson of Tennyson, IN, Raymond Blair of Bloomington, IN, Teresa Huff of Evansville, IN, Kevin Blair of Evansville, IN & Nathan Blair of Austell, GA; 11 grandchildren, Kristina (Tina) Marie Stutsman, Joshua Michael Reid Fehribach, Shawntee Lynn Fehribach, Michaela Jade Fehribach, Mark Anthony Blair, Justin David Blair, Amber Renee Irwin, Dakota Lee Blair, Laura Elizabeth Blair, Zachery Steven Andrew Blair & Madison Moriah Julianne Blair; 15 great-grandchildren, Megan Mariah Nicole Stutsman, Samantha Jane Stutsman, Jennifer Nichole Rose Stutsman, Kyrsten Nicole Fehribach, Dimitrai Lamont Cabell, Kailynn Janelle Larimore, Audreyana Ra’Shell Cabell, Mike Grayling Houston, Zailey Rosalina Fehribach, Matthew Antonio Rosa, Anastazia Harmonia Rosa, Anabelle Marie Blair, Jaiden Riley Blair, Kova Chandler Blair & Drake Anthony Mazzola; sister, Linda Gail (David) Feagans of Dolly World, TN & brother, Dean Ray Blair of Evansville, IN.
Tom graduated North High School in 1961. He married Laura Ruth Johnston, December 24, 1967. Thomas worked at Peabody Coal Mine from 1968-1999, Lucent Polymers from 2000 – 2015 where he retired and decided to work part time at Cardinal 60 hrs. a week. He was a Warrick County Reserve Deputy for many years. He owned TGS Inc. from 1985 to 1999 with his wife, where they open a bait shop & processed deer. He was a member of North Friendship Baptist Church, joined a small group men of missions, where he was very active giving back to the community. He walked the Evansville District Walk to Emmaus #72 where he found himself helping others find their own way.
